whose shares may have unusual price changes in U.S. exchanges
today. This preview includes news that broke after exchanges
closed yesterday. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company
names.

Christiana Bank & Trust Co. (CBTD US): National Penn
Bancshares Inc. (NPBC US) agreed to buy Christiana Bank for
$37.85 a share. The stock fell 20 cents to $25.90 in regular
trading yesterday.
