AmeriCredit prices $1.5 bln in asset-backeds

(Reuters) - Lead managers on the transaction are Barclays Capital,
Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank Securities. The co-managers are
JPMorgan, Lehman Brothers, RBS Greenwich Capital and UBS
Investment Bank.
