FirstCity Financial posts Q1 loss, fall in Q4 profit

(Reuters) - For the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, FirstCity earned $1.6
million, or 13 cents a share. In the same period a year ago, it
had earned $1.9 million, or 16 cents a share.
