UPDATE 1-IHOP says Argonne Capital buys its Florida licensee

(Reuters) - FMS owned, operated and sub-franchised 148 IHOP restaurants
in Florida and in certain counties of Southern Georgia.




Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
