Zimbabwe again delays releasing inflation data

(Reuters) - Authorities in Zimbabwe, where prices are rising faster than anywhere else in the world, have have again delayed releasing inflation data, which analysts expected to show a further surge.

The Central Statistical Office (CSO) has for the past year published the data around the 10th of every month but the March figure, which hit 2,200.2 percent, was only announced by the central bank on April 26 after weeks of speculation.
