Adobe Systems Declines; Smith & Wesson Holding Advances: U.S. After-Hours

(Bloomberg) -- Adobe Systems Inc. slipped in
extended U.S. trading after the world's biggest maker of design
software forecast sales this quarter that may miss some
analysts' estimates.

Shares of the San Jose, California-based company dropped 28
cents, or 0.6 percent, to $43.68 at 5:38 p.m. in New York. Adobe
said fiscal third-quarter sales may be between $760 million and
$800 million. The low end of Adobe's forecast is less than the
$782.7 million average estimate of 20 analysts surveyed by
Bloomberg. Adobe said profit last quarter climbed 24 percent on
demand for updated versions of its Creative Suite products.
