CRX, CRA International, Dell, Dow Jones, Forest Labs: U.S. Equity Preview

(Bloomberg) -- The following is a list of companies
whose shares may have unusual price changes in U.S. exchanges
tomorrow. This preview includes news that broke after exchanges
closed. Stock symbols are in parentheses after company names.

CKX Inc. (CKXE US) rose $2.74, or 26 percent, to $13.37
before after-hours trading was halted. CKX Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer Robert F.X. Sillerman and ``American Idol''
creator Simon Fuller offered to take private the company that
controls rights to the name and image of Elvis Presley and
Muhammad Ali for $13.75 a share.
