(Reuters) - The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit in Denver is
considering a last-minute motion by the Federal Trade
Commission for a temporary injunction that would put the $1.13
billion deal on hold while the FTC appeals a lower court
decision.
A lower court judge in Albuquerque, New Mexico on Tuesday
rejected the FTC's bid to block the deal on the grounds that it
would be anticompetitive and dissolved a temporary restraining
order that had stopped the deal from going forward.
